Contest Rules

To enter, follow instructions published on the contest page of TopCheftheGame.com. Each entry has an equal chance to win. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on the last day of the contest as stated on the contest page. Only one entry per person per weekly contest is permitted. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. Brighter Minds Media and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of entries. Brighter Minds Media and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any damage to computer systems from downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.

Prizes will be awarded as stated on the contest page. Winner is selected in a drawing from all eligible online entries received. Approximate numerical odds of winning are based on the number of contest entries received. Any dispute regarding submission of online entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Brighter Minds Media reserves the right to terminate or modify the Contest at any time if online service is no longer available or is compromised by any virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond its control. In any of these events, prizes may be awarded based on electronic entries received prior to date of termination. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Brighter Minds Media reserves the right to substitute similar merchandise of equal or greater value in the event a particular merchandise prize is no longer available. Prize won by a person under the age of 18 will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Winner will be notified by known e-mail address within 30 days of the drawing. This contest is governed by any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Any prize/prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Brighter Minds Media and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of property or other acts beyond their reasonable control which result from awarding of contest prizes. Rules are subject to change.

Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
